Ahh, I woke up at 3ish this afternoon in the knowledge that I AM OFF FOR AGES, well ok I'm off today and the next four. My husband is on his last night tonight, I hope it isn't too bad as the past few days he has had some horrid jobs, why they all come on top of each other I don't know but it always seems to happen.
I get up and go down to the yard, do the usual mucking out of the field, hay and feed then decide to fill all the water troughs, now this may not sound like too bad a job, but when the tap runs at about three drips a minute and we have 6 very big troughs this is a major time waster, the clouds look like there is rain on the way, the moon is already up and I don't think my chances of finishing dry and in day light are very high.
Once finished I go round to mums to have a cuppa and pick up Lit'lun and the dog, before returning home to feed the girls and myself and all the animals.
