A stone

I have lost £14
No... Wait .....
I have lost 14lb
Funny that it sounds the same but if you write it down you would rather one than the other!
Now, this stone I have lost has been just through changing the way I eat over the last 5 weeks, this week I plan on adding a second dimension into the mix...
Yep, the dreadded E word
I'm off to the gym to get some exercise...

Ten and a half pounds!

I have decided to loose some weight.
I started a new eating plan three weeks ago and have managed to loose ten and a half pounds, I think that's quite good going really, its easy to follow too. I have cut out crisps and bread though just to start with.
The trials of being a kept woman! Hahaha

Minus 1


This has nothing to do with the weather, I have re joined fat club! I have about three months to loose all this fat I have put on!
So other than the fact I am not going to post my actual weight (that would be rude, I'm a lady!!!)
I am going to post my weekly weight LOSS, (or Gain. No there won't be any gain if I can help it)
so this week I lost a pound.
