H2SO4

Little Johnny isn't with us any more what he thought was H2O was H2SO4.
...
Today we were called to a woman who had been cleaning her sink drain with sulphuric acid, as she poured it down the plug it exploded back out into her face. Fortunately she had her wits about her and irrigated her face with cold water until we arrived, not knowing if we could use our burnshield dressings on acid burns, I decided to use two large standard dressings and keep flushing them through with cold sterile water, when we got to the hospital the back of the ambulance was swimming with water but her face didn't look too badly injured.
We went back to the hospital later with another patient to find that the burns lady had been sent home to make a full recovery.
