Monday, I was supposed to be working, but as it wasn't a rostered shift I was able to cancel, so that I could see to Mouse. When I got to the yard I was worried as to what I would find, had she pulled out the staples, or even torn the wound open further, I made up their feeds and walked down to the field, they were both happily stood there waiting to be fed all neat and tidy and Mouses face was all intact clean and dry.
Huge relief!
After mucking them out, I went back home to do some laundry, then took the dog out for a run, since taking her out with my friends dogs, she has been quite happy to be around small dogs, where as before she wasn't interested in any dogs at all and ignored them completely. Today we must have met at least 7 small dogs which is very unusual for us, we rarely meet anyone, to be honest it was such lovely weather it was no wonder there were so many people out in it.
Back home I got a quick shower then went food shopping Joy!
Then it was cooking and washing up before chilling out with a nice glass of red wine.
This morning the Blonde bird is doing the horses (she did them last night too they weren't just left with no food!)
So I had a bit of a lay in, before getting up at a nice leisurely pace, my husband has Uni today so he set off for London, Whilst I went down to get some horse feed and walk the dog. The rest of the day was nice and slow.I picked Lit'lun and her friend up from the park and we went down to feed the horses before dropping her friend back home.
Lit'lun and I had a pizza for dinner, then I had to get sorted out for work tomorrow.
