Nights again

My two night shifts were busy, we didn't do too much cover which was nice but the jobs we had were proper jobs, even the girl we found at the railway station, with no ID, she had clearly been drinking, but what else was going on we still don't know, she was unconscious (gcs 3) with fixed and dilated pupils. We took her into hospital and she was given a brain scan, the last we heard was she was in intensive care having been intubated.
We were also sent to a lady who had fallen out of bed and cut her head on her chest of drawers, she made a good job of it, having left a big chunk of skin on the floor, we could clearly see bone, poor little thing was so confused she had no idea what was going on but was quite happy for us to take her in to hospital.
We were also sent to the police custody suite to pick up a "Firm" member, who had been in a fight and then been arrested. He was complaining of pain in his liver, I think he thought if he went to hospital he could do a runner but the police had him cuffed and came along with us.
For anyone who has no idea, I only found out about a year ago, what a firm is I will give you my take on it.
FIRM = A group of thugs who claim to be football supporters of a particular club who go around beating the wotsits out of other Firms, and genuine football supporters who get in their way.
One member told me its highly organised and has nothing to do with football, another said Football is important! when I replied its just a game he stopped being cooperative.
Strangely on both occasions I have come into contact with a firm it has been Manchester United's.
Other than the jobs when we got to our base for the start of shift there was a huge box of holdalls one for each of us, they are green with the service logo on and so far two of them have faulty zips, ahh well, we have no idea what they are for as we haven't been told. Just that there is one each.
