Arm Against Cervical Cancer

Yesterday evening I went down to give the horses their night feed, we have stopped giving hay now, as the grass is coming through so well. I bumped into the blonde mares owner who asked if I wanted to ride out with her, but unfortunately all my riding stuff was at home.
This morning saw me back at the stables for the Farrier to trim Mouses feet, she was slightly better behaved today but is still being a little impatient, my farrier told me it will get worse before it gets better as she is still only a baby! What joy!
The Blonde bird met me down there as Red was bleeding from her nose and I had to hold Mouse while her feet were done. When I got back to the field with her The Blonde told me it was a scratch where we Red had possibly tried to scratch a couple of bites! she is very prone to bites and sunburn.
We filled the water troughs and smothered both of the horses with insect repellent before leaving to come home again.
Wishy washy has nothing on me today!! My husband is going away tomorrow for the weekend and needed some things laundered, I am on a course with work next week and am staying closer to where the course is being held so there was quite a lot of laundry to do.
Lit'lun had the third and final injection for the prevention of cervical cancer today, it was done at school as part of a national scheme, she was given a sticker as she didn't cry! (I would have done) I don't mind giving injections but don't like having them.
I then had to rummage around in the freezer for something to have for dinner as we were supposed to be going out for dinner but now we are unable to, which is disappointing the couple we were going out with are so lovely and we haven't seen them for a proper chat for ages. We have agreed to reset another date to go out instead.
