For the last two months I have not been well! I was signed off work by my doctor for a couple of reasons, one which may result in an operation!
During the last two months I have been away for a few days in the west country, that was my time out, and also taken up Aikido!
So I am now drawing a line under it and starting again. (Blog wise that is).
I thought I would add this photo of me throwing myself down the fish ladder on the River Rother, shortly before the start of the raft race.
The Search and Rescue team of which I am a member used the time before hand to do some swift water training......aannnddd it seemed like a good idea at the time! getting back up the ladder was much more difficult!
