Once home from my night shift, I went straight out again just changing into jodphurs, I met the Blonde bird and a friend at the yard, we tacked up, Red, the mental mare, and the Blonde mare and went out for a hack, it was lovely and warm, and sunny. Fortunately they were all very well behaved because I was so tired that if they had played up I would have fallen off with out a doubt!
Once back at the yard we put them all out and had a tidy up, before the Blonde and I went into town to do a bit of shopping, she had to get cookie mix for the kids and I had to get minted lamb burgers.
Back home I cooked the dinner early as my husband had to go to work, he's on nights now!!
Then once we had eaten, I went back to the yard to give the horses their feed and hay and rug Red.
